The Highland Model
The Highland Model is a wide bungalow style home. The house has a front porch ideal to sit and enjoy the scenery. The front door opens into a foyer with a door to the garage and an entry closet. The stairs to the lower level are tucked behind the foyer and make the great room area appear even larger than it is. The great room features a grand patio door to a rear deck. The dining area is just off the foyer, separated by a half wall to help define the space and isolate the foyer from the social space. The kitchen is rather sizable with a large window over the sink and an island. The second and third bedrooms are divided from the living spaces with a short hallway where the main bathroom also resides. The master bedroom is isolated from the other bedrooms and is located on the other side of the home, offering privacy, a walk-in closet, and an ensuite.
