The Rockdale Model

The Rockdale Model is a modest split entry home. The house features a cute covered entry located next to the garage. Both the garage and front door enter into a sizable foyer, with the double stacked stairs centrally located to the house. The stairs enter into the centre of the living space, with the great room to the front of the home and the kitchen and dining to the rear. The kitchen is limited but efficient, and seems larger by being attached to the dining space with a patio door to the rear deck. The great room is a long space that overlooks the front yard.
