The Hawksdale Model
The Hawksdale Model is a simple bungalow style home. The house opens from a covered entry into an efficient foyer, with an open stairway to make it feel larger, as well as entry from the garage. The second and third bedrooms do open off of the foyer, as well as linen closet. The master bedroom is situated in the back corner with the two bathrooms separating it from the other bedrooms. The main bathroom is tucked around a wall to give it a bit of privacy from the living space and easy access for the secondary bedrooms. The master does feature a private ensuite and a walk-in closet. The living space is open concept. The kitchen includes an island to offer more countertop space, and the dining area has a patio door leading to a rear deck.
