The Cardinal Colorado Model
The Cardinal Colorado Model is a humble split entry home. The house opens from a small covered entry into a spacious foyer, which also provides direct access to the garage and access to the rear of the home. The stairs to both the main and lower levels have half walls to help open the space. The upper set leads directly into the living space, across from the kitchen. The kitchen is a simple design with great functionality. The dining area is situated to the front of the kitchen and overlooks the front yard; as does the great room which is positioned beside the dining space. To the rear of the house, a short hallway leads to a sizable master bedroom, two modest bedrooms, and the main bath.
