The Hunter Model
The Hunter Model is an expansive two storey home. The house enters from a covered front porch into a spacious foyer that is open to above. A large entry closet is provided to one side with the stairs to the other. Passed the stairs, there is a grand great room that is open to above. The master suite is situated to one side and the rest of the living space to the other. The master suite features a large bedroom with a tray ceiling and a patio door to the rear deck. The suite includes a his-and-hers walk-in closet that leads into a private ensuite. The dining area is next to the great room and also offers a patio door to the rear deck. Tucked across from the dining space, the kitchen overlooks the front yard. The main set of stairs leading to the second level enters into a catwalk. At one end, the second and third bedrooms are stacked, each with a small walk-in closet. At the other end, the fourth bedroom also with a walk-in closet is stacked with the main bathroom.
