The Kirkwood Model
The Kirkwood Model is a sprawling bungalow style home. The house enters into large open foyer, with fold-back stairs located to one side and a large entry closet to the other. The foyer is open right to the large great room, with windows along the rear wall. Through the great room, there is an opening to a short hallway which has a decent sized bedroom on each end and the main bathroom between them. To the other side of the great room, the kitchen and dining area reside. The kitchen is a large alcove with an angled peninsula with a flat bartop – great for extra seating – as well as an ample walk-in pantry.
