The Starling Model
The Starling Model is a narrow bungalow style home. The covered entry opens into a foyer that also has the direct access from the single car garage. The open concept living space is stacked along one side of the house and is able to be viewed from the entry, creating a large space entertaining space. With the great room situated in the front of the house, the dining area offers the opportunity to make the dining table a show piece. The large kitchen tucked into the rear offers great counter space and storage, and opens into a partially covered deck. The two bedrooms are stacked behind the garage, divided from the living space. The stairs are closed in and situated between the bedrooms, providing a bit of a sound barrier. The only bathroom is beside the master bedroom, which offers the chance for a door to be added for direct access from the master.
