The Carlton Model

The Carlton Model is a quaint split entry home. The house features a sizable covered entry leading into a modest foyer, which also opens directly into the garage. The stairs are efficiently stacked beside one another across from the entrance. At the top of the stairs to the main level, the living space is stacked the length of the home to one side and the bedrooms are to the other. The stairs enter into the dining space, which is situated between the great room to the front and the alcove kitchen to the rear.
