The Maple Model
The Maple Model is a modest two storey home. The house enters from a covered entry into a functional foyer with an entry closet, and access to the garage. The foyer feels private from the rest of the home, with the stairs to the second and lower levels, and a powder room tucked to the side to create a hallway leading into the living space. The great room is situated directly off of the hallway with a large window overlooking the rear yard. The kitchen and dining area are situated next to the great room, with a bulkhead to help define the spaces.
