The Orchard Model
The Orchard Model is a slender two storey home. The house features a charming front porch leading into a grand foyer. An open staircase to the side makes the most of the two storey, open to above space. Down a wide hallway, there is access to the laundry room on one side and a powder room to the other. The laundry room provides access to the garage, as well as opens into the pantry to allow easier grocery trips. The pantry in turn, opens into the kitchen.
